Oolong Teas

Oolong Tea a traditional Chinese tea that is processed by leaving the leaves wilting in the strong sun to create partial oxidization. It is used to improve mental alertness and clarity of though by stimulating the central nervous system, heart and muscles. The resulting infusions can vary wildly in flavor from honey aromas to woody depending how it was produced.
